We are proud to have completed our first project with Legacy Lighting, the Queenscliff Netball Courts for the Borough of Queenscliffe, alongside electrical contractor Rob Tabone from Energy Power Solution.

The new 1125w Legacy floodlights have replaced the old HID 2kw fittings, making the lighting application more energy efficient which has also reduced the total power load and future maintenance cycles for the Queenscliff Sport and Recreation precinct’s two netball courts.

The new installation will also allow local clubs to play at any time of day, meaning more matches and more opportunities for locals to train and develop their skills throughout the year.

There were some great results achieved when it comes to overall performance of the fittings.

• Target: 200 Lux vs Actual: 288 Lux
• Target U1: 0.66 vs Actual: 0.78
• Target U2: 0.40 vs Actual: 0.69

The council was very pleased to use an Australian Made product which was manufactured right here in Victoria.
