In 2020, the Hobson Bay City Council completed the task of upgrading Paine Reserve in Newport, Victoria. Situated in the heart of Newport and surrounded by a range of community amenities, Paine Reserve is an important open space area and community reserve for a range of different users.

In collaboration with HR Consulting, we provided an effective lighting solution to illuminate the pathway. The Ligman Macaron fitting was selected with a T2 Distribution and placed on 6m poles.

We decided to use the T2 Distribution because it is ideal for wider walkways and illuminating other long and narrow lighting applications. By installing the fittings on 6m poles, we were able to get a larger beam distribution illuminating the pathway.
